The hotel is really really nice although we came in winter with less charm in surroundings and nature, so I can only imagine how pretty it is in summer - but we had a pleasant stay and it was very convenient that the private transfer is offered. We also used train to get to the center which is also really convenient and easy. We liked the atmosphere and the private garden the best, but also the staff was really friendly and sauna is a plus - sauna is a bit expensive but it is private though. We will deffinitely come back!

Front desk staff were exellent especially on arrival, Room was fine, Head of restaurant was very difficult, Other restaurant staff very helpful.

We stayed in a hotel for three nights. It was a unique stay because of the atmosphere created by the hotel staff which was like the atmosphere at home. The lady from the restaurant (I don't remember her name but of Ukrainian origin) deserves special thanks because her person made that our breakfasts taste even better... There is nothing to complain about here. We will definitely come back.

We loved everything about our accommodation. The room was so beautiful and clean with an exit directly to a small private garden. This time we did not come with our dog but would probably do so next time. Also, the location is perfect. Only couple of minutes to the bus stop with the direct line to the Venice center.

This is high class hotel! As a biker I do not fit perfect :-) Very good/safe parking for motorcycle

Ideal location, 15 min drive outside Venice. Free shuttle bus to take you into the centre. Lovely old villa set in nice grounds. Breakfast superb. Staff extremely helpful and polite.
