Location of the hotel is very convenient - near to bus station to Venice and to a big supermarket. Room was clean. Having a parking spot was important for us too. Receptionist was kind and provided useful information about transport and tickets.

Our stay was good! the room size for 4 of us is decent and toilet is clean, not so big but good for all. beds are comfy and there are wardrobe and safe to keep our stuff. The host is so nice and helpful, returns calls even late evening or early morning (we feel sorry for disturbing his sleep a lot!) so definitely a plus point! The location is perfect! in a way that it is close to a big Spar supermarket and also the bus stop is right on the opposite street, that leads to Venice center. We didn't have to walk so much and couldn't ask for more :) Even a lot of restaurants are nearby if we feel like eating out something different. so we are pretty much satisfied with our stay.

It is not so far from bus station, nearby there is few cafe for breakfest befor visit to Venece. Comfortable bed.

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location to go to Venice. Bus stop just 2 mins away with good frequencies. Supermarkets and loads of eating places nearby. Safe location. We had everything that we needed in the room. Room was quiet and we couldn't hear cars or traffic so had very relaxing sleep. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. We stayed there for 4 nights and would come back and recommend.

Everything bus stop to venice 5 minutes walk from hotel from bus stop 10 minutes to venice bus station and water bus station great location the hotel in for a visit to venice

very friendly and helpful staff, close to a supermarket, train station and bus stop from which you can take a bus to venice (10-min ride), lots of cafeterias and bars around

It was close to the centrum and to the bus station. It was very confortable and the reception guy was really nice. Good for a short stay. The parking was very usefull.
