I was traveling with may family and we all loved the hotel. Great Location, decorations and mood of the hotel are very nice, beautiful paintings all around the building . Breakfast is delicious, specially filled croissants. The staff super kind all the time, they explain everything and give you orientation to improve your tour in Venezia. I definitely recommend this hotel. Nearby there are cafés, bars and restaurants to enjoy food/drinks for a very good price

Staff are very friendly and give very good advice. Location is good for accessing bus in and out of Venice. We had no problem getting around given we were visiting Venice everyday (sometimes twice)Plenty of cafes & bars nearby. Breakfast was as expected for a continental breakfast. Cleaning team are lovely.

Location is very convenient, just in the city center, and very close to the bus station to Venice, our room was rather small but cozy and well equipped, the furniture is as old fashioned style but all in good order and operational, bathroom is new and freshy. It was also good to have a free parking place just in front of the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is closed to shopping centers, boutiques and restaurants. Those who were in the reception can speak English and were really accomodating & helpful. I already recommended the hotel to my friends. We will come on April 2025 for a week stay for another big event.

Good value for the money ! Good access by car (parking can be arranged) Partly refurbished (e.g. doors to the rooms, bathroom) - yet they were able to keep that old "Venice"-charme (e.g. lamps). Although situated in the centre of Mestre both Venice and the the Mestre train station can be reached easily by bus/tram. I paid € 13 for the taxi to the train station and € 25 to Piazzale Roma in Venice The breakfast was "continental" (i.e. non-cooked) with a good variety of products to choose from: plain ham and salami, cheese, spreads, fruit, rolls, cakes, croissants ...

The hotel is clean and receptionist very helpful, the parking area is really good option for the guests who come with car or minivan or bus.
