Very clean spacious room, everything worked, hot water, bathroom facilities, big comfortable bad with clean linen. View on the channel. There was free parking with video surveillance right beside the hotel.

Price performance was great, staff was very nice, close to venice center by bus, just 10 mins, 3 euro return ticket you can buy at the hotel. Room was clean and enough.

We liked the room, very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, they shared a lot of information on how to reach Venice, what to visit, where to buy tickets, etc. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room and maybe a kettle for tea/coffee.

Advantage of the hotel San Carlo is that it is located near to the tram station that goes directly to Venice. The hotel is clean but if you are looking for modern furniture, you will not find it here. The bed was pretty good. The breakfast, it is an authentic italian style with croissant, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, natural juice etc.

The hotel is very cozy, clean and welcoming. The woman at the reception is very polite, kind and always smiling. She is kind and answers every question asked by the guests in detail. The hotel is located near a stop where you can take the tram to Venice. Tickets for it can be bought from the hotel at a price of 3 euros per person in both directions. The hotel room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious! The hotel has parking and is suitable for families with children. Definitely recommend and would visit again.

The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The hotel is located close to T1 tram station to Venice.
