Good option if you don't wanna pay robbery overnight prices in Venice city but wanna have direct and fast access to the Venice. The Hotel is located just in couple of walking minutes from Mestre train and bus station from where you can reach Venice St. Lucia station in 10 min. by train. Reception staff was very friendly. The room was a bit older than looked on the pictures but still good and clean. In approx. 10 walking min. are two big supermarkets to buy food: Pam and Interspar.

We stayed there as an alternative to staying in Venice and it was a nice Hotel to stay at. It was priced well relative to other hotels in the area. The room was well kept and it was not far from the station which was great too. Getting into Venice took no time using the train.

The location is great—in the center, close to the train station, but not noisy, and there is not a lot of traffic around. They accept pets without special requests and with no extra charges, which was great as we started looking for accommodation relatively late, with no time to wait for a positive answer to our request. It is great that there are two nice parks 200 m from the hotel, which was great for taking our dog for a walk in the evening and in the morning. The hotel has no own parking, however, there were a lot of available parking slots on the street in front of the hotel and in the neighboring streets, reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. The rooms were tidy, clean, not too big or luxurious, but decent and good value for the money.

Love everything about this hotel. Staff try to help and bed is comfy. I never expected the room for this price. I am satisfied with the location walkable to Mestre Station to catch the train to Venice Island

hotel is in a great location close to Mestre Railway Station...just one stop to Santa Lucia station on Grand Canal...Very clean and nicely appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. excellent value. perfect
