Location. Near to bus and metro n train stop. Restaurants n mini market. All walkable distance. Has a lift. train to venezia S Lucia takes 10 mins to reach.

It is strategically placed close to the railway station, with two bus stops that permit you to reach Venice easily or alternatively save the 20-minute walk to the centre of Mestre. In my personal opinion, the position is critically good.

Excellent location only a couple of minutes away from the rain station which takes. Trains are frequent and journey time is ten minutes to Venice. You can walk from the train station in Venice to Piazza Roma in a few minutes or catch the boat right outside the station which takes you to the Rialto Bridge or St Marks squares in 15-20 minutes. There is a fabulous restaurant excellent food and service right by the hotel called Michelle’s it has an extensive menu and the Italian food there is excellent we were four people and each ordered different pasta dishes each one was amazing.

The location is very good - close to the train station, which makes everyday trips to Venice very comfortable. The personal is very kind and polite. The room itself is very simple, nothing extra. Everyday cleaning of the rooms.

As a hotel it is ok. The city is a bit boring. And when you come from the train station, there are some seemingly harmless guys listening to music, I don't know if they don't want to dance with you at night ;)

The location was brilliant, really easy for the station and getting in to Venice. There were also two good restaurants over the road and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

Close to the train station and have a small old lift. Breakfast is provided and the flavour can be accepted.

Location is just Perfect. Hotel rooms were amazing and high standards. Breakfast was also amazing and looking at the price this is best deal you get for comfort.
