I was able to borrow umbrella, staff was very helpful and when I was leaving, nobody was pushing me, let's say respect was very important

Hotel President was just okay. The room was not big enough for four adults; with a double bed and two single beds, it felt quite crammed. The bathroom did not meet our expectations. Overall, the stay was average. However, the breakfast included was very good, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, good breakfast options and close to bus and tram stops to reach Venice. Also there is EV car charger (22kwh) opposite to the hotel and there car parking in the hotel

We had a very pleasant experience beginning with the staff at the reception, the room, excellent breakfast, everyday room cleaning. Very closed to tram station for Venice.

The location was very good, near the tram that goes to Venice (4-5 minutes walk) and also, near the centre of Mestre. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, beds could have been better. The staff were nice and helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They helped us a lot with a lot of information. They helped us to register in the city online. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean. We used luggage storage after check in. Very nice hotel.

The hotel has great location ,the center of the city and stations for Venice and for the bus station are a few meters from the hotel. The stuff was very nice and kind .
