Location and spacious room, very good breakfast, we leave in earlier morning, the hotel prepare us with breakfast boxes, so sweet and very good service.

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is just opposite to the Mestre train station.

Nice clean hotel near train and bus stations. Very convenient location to travel around. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Breakfast great variety of food hot & cold. No decaff coffee. Hotel Location - excellent opposite the station, & buses outside to airport & Venice. Room - I had problems with the shower, hot mark on tap was cold & vice versa. This needs to be explained to occupants. Shower knob had waterfall coming down. So when first trying to turn on the shower the knob unscrewed, water was cold & horizontal jets soaked me in cold water. I had to dress & go downstairs to get help as I couldn’t contact reception as I didn’t know the number. No air con due to neighbourhood restrictions. Again this needs to be shared. Room was very hot. Couldn’t open or close the window. But staff very helpful in doing this for me. No information about how to contact reception by phone. No info sheet although there was one about laundry. Problem with Soulkitchen bill - I paid contactless in the evening direct to the restaurant The next morning at reception while checking out, receptionist challenged my payment. I sent an email of my bank payment & it was eventually accepted.

The facilities in the room are basically complete, but the ventilation system in the bathroom does not work, giving the room a peculiar smell.

Nice, clean place near train and bus station. Very convenient to travel around. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast and bar with great food for lunch and dinner.
