The best feature of the hotel is its location. It's two steps away form Stazione Venezia Mestre. The staff was very helpful.

Location, breakfast and cleanliness were great. It was good value for money compared to staying in Venice island or other nearby hotels. The owners were very helpful. They packed us a takeaway breakfast for an early morning departure

Only 3 minutes walk to reach the train station very closed to restaurants ,the bus station 10 mins walk only .The staff is friendly and the room was very clean .

Excellent location, close to train station. Friendly staffs. Allowed baggage storage. Good water heater and pressure. Basic but good value for money paid (if I get back the deposit)

Just 100m from the Mestre train station,the room was as it seems in the photos . Check in was easy, all the staff of the hotel is friendly. We booked in advance and we had a very cheap price. Room was nice as the bathroom with free WiFi and led tv. Heating system is working great. A great choice to be near Venice in a fair price !

Close to train station and staff were friendly. Clean room but musty when we first arrived. Breakfast was basic but ok.

The owner was very helpful and gave us a bigger room with a good a.c as it was very very hot. Breakfast was good

Smallish hotel just tucked away behind the main road along the Mestre train station. Very convenient location. My room was very small but comfortable and clean.

Price was fair and the hotel was super easy to find, a 3-4 minute walk from the train station.
