The breakfast was nice. Check in was easy and the location was good as it is in walking distance of the station, cafes and shops.

First time i stayed out of Venezia, due to extreme high prices (normal for the New Year's eve) and stayed over in Mestre in this hotel which had the best price at the time. Not surprised negatively, it's a simple but a clean hotel. Reception staff are available and very kind people. Beds are comfortable and clean, bathrooms clean as well. The hotel is 3 minutes next to the stazione di Mestre and you can take either the train to Venezia Santa Lucia which is 12 mins away or by bus which is also 10 mins away to Piazzale Roma a Venezia.

Very close to Venezia Mestre railway station. Room was quite big. Beds were quite comfy.

Location was great. Very clean. Hours of access made life easy! Reception and staff were exceptional! Shower pressure was great too!

The hotel is located near the train station, so it was easy to get there and from the train station to Venecia. Also, there is a bus stop near the hotel so it was easy to get back from Venecia by bus the night (bus route number was 2). The hotel let to park our car in their personal yard, it was crowded, but somehow we managed to fit our car there.

A warm thank you to Hôtel Montepiana and the kindly staff! We had a great stay and good support! Rooms were sober and clean, all what we needed for a short stay was present. We also have appreciated the breakfast. Emplacement is so practical to visit Venice. We highly recommand and be happy to be back if the opportunity arises! :)

The room was extremely clean although dated. Bed and pillows comfortable. We had free parking and was secure with cameras. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only a couple of minutes walk to train station. Breakfast was basic but filling and good value for money and hot coffee.
