Very clean rooms; pleasant and helpful staff. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, located in a quiet neighborhood. Tickets for all public transportation (bus, vaporetto ect.) can be purchased at the hotel Parking is available. The bathroom is very clean but could benefit from a renovation.

A special hotel. A very kind staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. They come with absolutely any bus tickets/passes. The breakfast is very tasty. It deserves full praise. You are exceptional.

Fantastic position, bus stop outside door to venice.Staff very good, helpful room warm and comfortable, shops and bars / restaurants in mestre only a very short walk . Had a problem with plumbing, but was sorted immediately 👍 😁

The hotel has real italian charm, it's very cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As hotel is located in Mestre, it's very quietly there and there aren't tourists crowds. The location is good - the bus stop is exactly opposite of the hotel, it takes 20 minutes to the centre (without trafic jam). But on the weekends could be trafic jam and the way by bus to the center will be up to 50 minutes. In the evenings it was always 15 minutes by bus from the centre to the hotel. Breakfasts are very good! In the description was told 'continental breakfast', so we didn't expect much. But it was a very good breakfast, which was served on the table according to our requirements by check-in (they ask to fill out the form what you prefer to have for the breakfast and what time it should be served). The hotel is clean, the bed was very comfortable, bed sheets are changed every 3rd day.

Very clean quiet room at the back of the hotel. Great location very close to Mestre old centre with nice bars and historic buildings. Also opposite the hotel is a bus stop for Venice bus - it was really convenient to be able to buy the bus tickets at hotel reception.

The Hotel is a little outdated, However, we had everything we needed. The shower/ bath was small but came with shower gel, soap, shower cap and shampoo's. The room came with a comfortable bed, t.v ,table and chairs and a large closet. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and wasn't loud. Staff at the Hotel was amazing and gave us tips on how to save money on bus, train and boat fairs.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it has a direct bus connection to Venice. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast is buffet style, but you are not allowed to serve yourself, the staff brings it to you. That was unusual, but apparently care is taken not to waste food, because it is a small family run hotel.
