A fantastic place to stay with excellent service and delicious breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. What I liked the most was the location; it was so quick and easy to get to Venice by tram, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. It was a bit noisy in the morning, but this was a minor issue considering all the positives. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and enjoy Venice. Highly recommended!

The host was very good, sorted out parking on site for me. Gave us detailed info about how to get to Venice by public transport, how to navigate smoothly around the city. His suggestions for food and beverage were great, breakfast was also good. The restaurant a few meters away was also very good, (book ASAP when you arrive)

The hotel had a safe parking space, which was great! The hotel itself is lovely and the room was perfect for us; it included television and air condition. The breakfast was very good and the persons in charge made sure that all food stations were well stocked at all times. The receptionists were extremely helpful and very nice, always with a smile on their face. The position of the hotel is also perfect, close to the tram stops and just 10 minutes away by tram from Venice.

Excellent location for easy bus ride into Venice. Great breakfast. Recommend Taverna Fontana, close by, for nice meals at a reasonable price.

Great location 15 minutes with tram from Venice Very helpful receptionist, he gave us all the info we needed and booked us a boat trip to Murano Very good choice if you are on a budget

This is a great location for easy access to Venice, with the tram being close by and a 15 min ride into Venice. For the proximity and the price you pay this is excellent value for money with clean bathrooms and comfortable rooms.

The location of the hotel was good. Being in the neighborhood brought silence. The breakfast in the morning was quite sufficient.

Convenient location of the hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Very clean rooms and everything you need. Nearby is a restaurant serving Italian food. A 5-minute walk to the tram stop to Venice. In general, I liked it. The breakfast at the hotel was modest, but we didn't go hungry.
