It was very nice room. Location was also beautiful in a peaceful region. Also we found also Hashan, the guy who works there, very collaborative and flexible. In a word, the accommodation was great.

Exceptional value for money. Spacious room with TV, fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer in a quiet room. Far from the railway station but well connected to Venice (tram stop nearby)

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and had plenty of space, the people who welcomed us were also really friendly. The tram station is only 5 minutes away, which is amazing.

The host is very kind. We lost our documents and money in the train from Rome to Venice and he had supported us by waiving the City tax for us. That’s not a big amount to many others but at that time it meant a lot to us. The facility is clean and new It connects with Venice via one tram line, 25mins. The tram station is close, just a few minute walk. There is a big supermarket nearby. Very convenient!

So happy I stayed here, was such a good location just on the outside of Venice. The room was lovely and clean, so spacious, modern. Was a lovely host. Extremely pleased and will book again when I come back

Only a couples of minutes walk to a great supermarket and nice pizza shop. It’s easy to get to Venice on the tram for €1.50. The closest tram stop is just around the corner and the trams come every 15 minutes.
