Good enough for a sleepover when visiting Venice. There is an optional breakfast but we didn't use it. There was a complimentary bottle of water, a kettler, coffee and tea bags. Free parking is available for all guests. Downsides: There is a busy restaurant below and there was a party so it was noisy. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there were black hairs on the floor. Also somebody messed up our reservation and gave our keys to wrong people (I guess), but the girl from the restaurant sorted it out quickly.

Pretty good, good room. It’s hard to get there without a car, there are no shops nearby. For some reason, there was a paid breakfast, although it was written free

The staff was reasonably accommodating of our rather early arrival. The room and the bathroom were quite comfortable and mostly well equipped. (see note about electric outlets) The tea was a nice extra touch.

Nice place for one-night stay if you travel by car. A little bit far away from train station. And into account that they close the parking for night and if you wish to see the night Venice, you should find a parking somewhere near

Great for Venice visiting, free gated parking, good restourant near hotel, bus 10 takes you to Mestre train station, breakfast consists of coffee, juice, 2 croissants and jams.

Nice place for overnight near to Venice. You ill also find pleasant restaurant on the first floor and garden, simple breakfast was also included in price.

It was clean. There was a restaurant down the hotel which is very good. Also bus stand is 5 mins walking distance where u get number 7 to messame and then from there u get number 10 to go to venezia city center . Staff was super friendly Also you get 10% off ar the restaurant down the hotel

Location is little bit away from public transport and the nearby bus stop is not serving the purpose as only few buses came to this bus stop..
