Location (walking distance from Venice Mestre, so very easy to get in to main city of Venice). Relatively good value for money, in that it wasn’t very expensive compared to other properties. Clean and comfortable and pleasant staff.

The place is just 5 minutes to the train station. Good quiеt streets, safe. Good sleep, quiet, good bed. The place has full equipped kitchen which is lux for Venice! And also a balcony in the public room. Good shover and hot water pressure. Thanks for the host. I will come back. It's a good price quality ration for the Venice (Mestre).

Very clean and spacious room. Workers at the hotel are all very helpful and nice. Very easy to reach the train station, about 5 minutes walk. there's also asian grocery store and restaurant downstairs.

Very good location. 5 mins away from Mestre train station. Lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. Room a bit small, but clean, with AC. Helpful and friendly host.

The room was clean, conditioner works great. Personnel was helpful and replied fast to my messages. Also there was a small kitchen and a terrace. Regular cleaning and toiletries were available. For these money the value is great!

The room was clean and spacious enough and the whole apartment had a calm and cozy vibe. We liked that there was a balcony and a small kitchen, the location is great, right across the train station, but the bed could be more comfortable (the mattress is too soft) and the walls are very thin so we couldn't sleep because of a crying child in the next room. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy at night so maybe not perfect for solo travelers.
