The host let us check-in earlier, as we arrived in the early morning hours. Additionally, we were able to leave our luggages on the last day after the checkout. The place is spacious, with a very useful shared kitchen and very clean. The connection to Venice is really straightforward and quick, with a few buses stopping close to the place. It's a 15 min ride by bus to the Venice bus station.

Everything was very well organized. Good clear explanation from owner regarding local attractions and restaurants. Free use of kitchen, free coffee & tea.

The room was clean and cozy. I was a bit worried about the bathroom at first because there wasn't any picture of it, but it turned out to be nice and spacious.

Friendy host, the room was perfect for a Short visit to Venice. Close to bus stops to quickly reach Venice. After reading the reviews, we were a bit worried about the location but it's not as bad as they paint it to be. Area is lighting and it was peaceful at night. Even though it is not in a centric part of Mestre, it has a couple of Osterias nearby and a huge supermarket in front.
