I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation! It offered incredible value, especially considering the convenience of avoiding the exorbitant parking fees in Venice. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the train station—yet remarkably quiet, as the room faces a view of trees. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding, one of the most immaculate places I’ve ever stayed in—practically spotless! If you’re looking for a central, peaceful, and pristine place to stay, I can’t recommend this enough

The room is clean and comfortable, after check in online, you will get all info to reach the hotel and pin to get in, you can check in by yourself whenever you want, the landlord wasn’t in hotel but is very nice and helpful.

The room was large and spacious, recently renovated and with a comfortable shower. Breakfast was much better than we expected having read some other reviews - there was a selection of fruit, meat and cheese, packaged snacks both sweet and savoury, honestly was pretty good!

Property location is very good as it is just 5 minutes walk from main train and bus stations, takeaways and restaurants. Cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent. Very good family accomodation. Bedroom and bathroom were well maintained. Cleaning staff was really good, polite and cooperative.

Room is newly refurbished and very clean. Close to Venice too by bus. Lots of restaurant and shops nearly too. Car park is also available in a secure and safe location.

At first the surroundings of the house seemed scary, but the two appartements we booked were clean and comfortable. We arrived with a minibus, the parking place was large enough. Easy to access Venice by bus, that stops near the appartement. Breakfast was well prepared each morning. We didn’t meet the Owner, but the communication was great and his advices were very helpful. Thanks!
