The staff! Nino at the front desk and the owner were very kind and welcoming. They even rang me up an hour after my estimated arrival time to check if I'm all right when my arrival was delayed. This was a very thoughtful gesture that is unheard of! The road to Mestia is known to be notorious. It was very kind of the hotel to take the trouble ringing me up to find out if I was okay. Nino is lovely. She's kind and very friendly. I love the lounge/ bar area the most. It has a homely feel to it and has great views overlooking the watch towers. The rooms are great too. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and good views.

It's quite a new hotel (we visited Sep '24), so everything was nice and new. The communal space is nicely decorated and has a great view and atmosphere. Daily towels and supplies were given.

The hotel is very clean, breakfast was good, the service is perfect and the staff was very supportive whether in arranging transportation back to Kutaisi or leaving the luggage at the hotel before the hike to Ushguli. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really super. From the room you see unusual views which is not common for other hotels. You cans eat real breakfast and feel fresh of vegetables and dairy products. What most important is staff is 24 hour helpful and friendly. The value of the stay and the price i think is undervalued regarding other hotels mostly because you can't find such views in other hotels.

Staff from desk to kitchen (an early is writing) was super fantastic and the view from the balcony…oh my god, beatiful.
