The hotel is very comfortable, with large rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is essentially in the very centre of Mestia. Excellent value-for-money.

Big rooms, clean bathroom, silent hall , clean everything. Very close to ski lift in Mestia . Owners are so kind and helpful.price are so good

We were warmly welcomed, rooms were very big, clean and warm, beds were quite hard but comfortable, we had access to coffee and tea. The place is in very good condition. We had also big breakfast.

great location, less than 10 minutes walk to bus station. The room is spacious. Free hot water, coffee, tea in the common space. And they accept luggage storage overnight which is quite convenient for hikers. We added one more night after we come back from Ushguli.

The host is really very nice and clean，introduced every detail to us very clearly. The best thing for us is the hot water provided，the oct's mestia was alreay very cold，the hot water made us the whole body warm up and felt very cozy. The breakfast here was also very nice，really loved the antie's smile，let us feel very welcomed! Five Stars!

Incredible value! Huge room with brand new everything, stylish lounge areas, nice breakfast. Cheaper than our previous accommodation in Mestia and much nicer!

- size of the room (bigger than most options in Mestia) - good wi-fi - very comfortable hard bed - mountain view from window (there's a small building site in front, but luckily Georgians are not very early and hardworking) - toiletries - shared terrace and big lounge - free tea/coffee - good location
