Hospitality of Rati and all the stuff was such a great. Breakfast was ready every day just on time we choose. Accomodation its close to center of town and good restaurants. They also help us with transports. We will come back next season...

The woman which maintains the property was like my Russian grandma😄 she was so careful and kind. Food was delicious. The room was clean and nice. Highly recommend this guesthouse.

A beautiful, modern, and clean place with a very comfortable room. It was warm, and there were no issues with hot water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious—homemade, just like childhood memories at grandma’s. Highly recommend!

Rooms are very modern and clean. Great bathrooms too - feels like a proper hotel. Breakfast is also fantastic. Teto is the kindest lady ever. I was even allowed to leave my luggage when I hiked to Ushguli.

It felt like home. Cozy rooms, THE BEST breakfast before skiing days and the kindest people. I hope to come back in the summer!

Everything was great. The hosts were so friendly and genuine. The rooms were clean and had lovely decorations. Nice outdoor area. Good breakfast, so much food. Lovely to sit on the balcony of the room.

The location was excellent in a quiet location. Rati was an excellent host, helping us out to get to the hotel and organising days out. Breakfast was great, plenty of food and lovely hospitality all round.
