Communication with the staff. Entire apartment for the price of one room. Facilities, appliances, fast internet, all included.

The apartment has a comfortable bed, it has pretty large kitchen, and it comes with its own bathroom, which I find to be very good deal for this price. There is bus 3 mins from the apartment that takes you to the downtown.
