Fairly good location for the price. Supermarket very close with all you need, a park with promenade very close to the port. Beaches are far away, but that's just how it is in Messina. Restaurants are 15 minutes away, very good ones. Coffe is also 5 minutes away, but there is a coffee machine in the kitchen as well, which is very well equipped. Overall the place is spacious and nice, and the area quite good, buses 5 minutes away. I recommend.

Owner went out of her way to accommodate our ever needs by personal transporting us to the train station in 2 groups. Didn't have to.
