Basic facilities but exceptionally clean on arrival and during our stay. Helpful and friendly hosts provide loungers and umbrellas on their own small section of beach. Road busier and noisier than I had expected. Super Taverna Mermaid next door! Shops a short walk along quite busy road - no paths. Host organised our taxi from airport - smart and efficient. Waited well over an hour for our late arrival. Beach is shingly and rocky but sheltered and safe bathing. Water is not crystal clear but refreshing 🙂

Spiros the owner is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are cleaned and bedding changed every 2nd day. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. would definitely stay again.

Everything … they are very thoughtful, kind hosts who go the extra mile, which includes facilities in the property

The appartment was perfect, it has everything you need, and if you miss anything the hosts will provide it, they are very kind and helpful, they offered even more than we asked. Location is great, near the sea, you can walk barefoot to take a swimm, there is a little better beach 100m from the place, but I liked this one also with almost no people around. Internet is great, I was working from there and I didn't have any trouble. Cleaning was every two days, which made our stay even more confortable.

We felt immediately welcome as soon as Spiros met us upon our arrival, he showed us how the safe works and said we could use their sunbeds for free from their garden which was right on the beach front Elena Spiros' Wife was such a lovely lady and their little dog Rex too, we would definitely go back to Dinos Green Place. The room was equipped with a fridge, a cooker hob and aircon. The cleaning ladies were lovely and friendly too.

It’s ideally placed a couple of minutes walk out of the centre so in a peaceful areas, 30m from the sea to walk the beach into Messonghi, rooms were clean and well presented

Proximity to shops , tavernas . Just 3 mins walk to village . Beach across the road . Great air conditioning too . Regular cleaning . Host obliging and approachable .He was good enough to organise taxis to and from airport . Great value for money .

This accommodation was amazing. It was perfectly clean, location was excellent and the service from Spiros and Ellen was second to none. They were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay and even had free sunbeds to be used on the beach which would usually set you back 10-15 euro for two per day. The apartment had gorgeous sea views with comfy beds and all you could need inside. Looking forward to returning next year. Thanks again Spiros and Ellen! Sophie and James
