The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

We stayed here for one night after coming back from the Tioman island. Everything was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. They even did us a free lift to the jetty when we left! Thanks a lot! 😁

Basic hotel. Had a spacious room and the en suite was okay. Hotel was clean. Good basic place to stay in Mersing before going to Tioman Island or getting a bus out. The bus station is a 4 minute walk away.

We stayed here only for one night before taking the ferry to Tioman and it was ok, it was clean, the aircon was working good, and they offer free transportation to the jetty

The sheets and duvet were clean,white crisp and very comfortable matress and pillows. The room and shower room was very clean . The location is perfect , literally 3/4 mins walk across the rd from bus station. They provided free transport to the ferry . Water dispenser and complimentary tea was available . Perfect overnight stay for transfer . Eating places close by.

I arrived at this hotel after midnight and was greeted with a smile and kindness. They asked me immediately upon arrival if I wanted to take a ferry to Tioman Island in the morning and when they found out that I did, they immediately informed me that I would have to be ready at 8 am and that I would be taken to the port by car and that only at that time could I take the only ferry to the island on those days, which departed at 10 am. I was satisfied with the hotel and the service and the location to the bus station and port as well.
