Easily accessed from the Coquihalla Highway, this "vintage" property from Merritt's resource town years, is located on the old "motel row" on the south side of town. It's definitely dated, but in a charming way, with ranch styling. The check in was friendly and pleasant. The walkup kitchenette room (more like suite) was spacious, clean, quiet, with upgraded features and well maintained. But the building security is light, basically a single lock on the room (altho I understand there is a resident manager on the main floor). This is a property for folks travelling through, who don't mind logging trucks down the road.

Super motel, very clean and excellently comfy beds (very firm) A warm welcome and Tim Hortons coffee in the rooms. Good location and Chloes diner next door for breakfast.

It’s an older hotel, but decently clean. The room has a charming rustic cabin feel. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm and not very comfortable (and I usually like a fairly firm mattress).

The Receptionist Rampal was most helpful .He assisted with a kettle and Windscreen Wash above and beyond for our short stay.

The rooms were clean and tidy the balcony area was a great addition. Would gladly stay again. Reasonable and well maintained.

CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF WAS HELPFUL. EXTRA HELPFUL. ROOM WAS CLEAN. STAFF SUGGESTED PLACES TO VISIT. AMPLE PARKING. STAFF TRAINED IN MULTI LANGUAGE, ENGLISH, PUNJABI, HINDI AND CHINESE.

No food service Older part of town, many homeless people milling around. Nice Motel inside could use a lot of tidying up with lawn and gardening.
