Price was ok, the bed was clean, room was warm. But the staff was very unprofessional, hotel policy is bad (let paying the guests to get a Towel, then there was lacking of towel! Then didn’t want to reimburse!!

Despite a scruffy exterior, the communal area and bedrooms were very good. Lovely, ‘vintage travel style poster’ wallpaper and exceptionally clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Great free breakfast and friendly staff. We were on our way to Switzerland and Italy so perfect half way stop from Calais.

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed, the building is new and recently opened so was spotlessly clean with no expense spared on fittings. The room was large, the bunk beds had individual curtains, lights and plugs for chargers. Towels were provided and the showers were spotless and large. A real 5 star hostel.
