Fabulous location close to the surf beach and the lake beach. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was spacious with everything you need for a beach holiday.

No frills cosy accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Very close to the Merimbula Lake/beach. Friendly host.

The unit was most comfortable, spotlessly clean and with plenty of room. Everything needed for our stay was provided. Location was close to the beach and two cafes and about a 5 minute drive into the shops at Merimbula. The unit was an ideal location for walks. We were most impressed with the presentation and decor of the unit and would stay here again when visiting the district.

This spot is lovely and close to the water. Easy walking distance to shops and beach and both bay and surf. HUGE park very close also which is amazing for kids.

The location was excellent. Beach a couple of minutes walk away. The host went above and beyond to please. We were extremely comfortable in our unit, which was immaculate. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped spacious apartment, had everything we needed for our family of 5. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, away from the CBD so nice and quiet. An easy walk to the main beach and Mitchies Jetty on Fishpen Road for beach time but not too far to walk into town either. Great Cafe around the corner. The property has a nice grassy space with picnic tables for the kids to play. We loved our stay here and happily would again.

Great location in a quiet part of fishpen. Everything you need is supplied. I only had to bring my coffee machine, although a cafe is just around the corner.
