Breakfast not provided. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had all the facilities and a great view. Can't ask for much more really. A bit noisy at times during the day but quiet at night.

The location on the waterfront of Merimbula Lake is superb. There is so much to sea and watch! The owner manger could not be more pleasant or caring of our needs.
