The hotel is so cute. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard. The room was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. A good breakfast was provided and they went out of their way to include our baby, which was appreciated.

Beautifully decorated colonial style hotel with large rooms and lovely common areas to unwind. Bathrooms are large, functional and in good condition. Staff is super nice, speak English and are helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and it had a wonderful, old world charm. It was surprisingly quiet for a central hotel. It was really nice to sit just outside our room in the inner courtyard after a busy day in and around Merida.

Beautiful architecture. Comfortable huge bed (did need a step to get up it tho!) staff excellent. Breakfast very good. Close to centre of town.
