Simply amazing, we loved everything: the breakfast is excellent, freshly prepared in front of you daily. The staff is very nice and responsive, super helpful in the preparation of our trip. Rooms and the whole hotel are well designed and stylish. The property gets you a super nice handbook with cool tips to explore the city. Bath products are lovely and locally produced.The area (as well as Merida) are 100% safe. Totally recommend

The place is beautifully and creatively done. It’s filled with gorgeous and quirky elements. It was such a visual pleasure. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I highly appreciated that. They answered our questions, gave suggestions and let us keep our baggage after checkout.

Very clean, very stylish, super friendly staff and great location. Yummy breakfast. It's quiet but close enough to the center that you can walk there. Parking was on the street (video supervised) and we didn't have any problems with out rental car. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Small and cozy - super clean - amazing breakfast and perfect location for a trip to Merida (quite close to the center, parking possibilities in front of the apartment). We loved it, great value for money - definitely recommend it 😊

Everything from the room to the amazing service and helpfulness we received! The bed was so comfy and everything had a lovely touch to it. The breakfast was so lovingly prepared and tasty! We had everything we needed and they were so helpful if we needed anything! I really cannot explain just how much we loved this place and already miss it so much!

Amazing property - as good as the photos! Lovely theme and nice to have access to a kitchen, plunge pool and living room. Inclusive breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly.
