Friendly and helpful staff, basic facilities but great value for the money. Central location close to the ferry station to Cozumel. Lots of restaurants around. Had safe parking, we even left the luggage in the car.

We love Hotel Santa Ana. Our place to go in Merida. Great location. Easy to get about. We park up.yes it has pating. Then we walk everywhere. For extra,not pricey. You can get a lovely breakfast.

Very good location. For Mexican standards it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice pool and downstair area to chill. The staff working at the hotel was extremly nice and helpful-one of the biggest pluses. Good wifi.

Location - enough central and quiet. Private parking - excellent. Breakfast (not included in the price) - very good and fair price compared to the offer outside the hotel. Staff - Super friendly and helpful. Room - Comfortable and adequate for the price.
