As part of our community commitment with Yucatan, our Hotel Real Mercedes promotes activities and Experiences Tours, which are available for you, you can ask for them directly to our Reception team and we will gladly provide you with more information.When the reservation is for 2 or more rooms, and for 1 room for more than 2 nighta, a deposit must be made to the Hotel account for 50% of the Total Reservation, the above to guarantee that the reservation is respected.
