Good location. Please write name of dishes at breakfast buffet. Nothing much for vegetarians. Hotel has seen better days. Best is the peacock.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Very attentive and friendly staff. The fact that the staff talked english made our stay easier. 24 hr service was on point. A taxi was arranged for us at 11 pm for us to catch our mid-night bus. I did not get a chance to enjoy the pool due to the packed 2 days we had in Merida. Overall I would rate my stay as a 9.
