Back to La Piazzetta for the second time and it was the best decision during our roadtrip in the Yucatan Peninsula! I remembered Piazzetta being a family-owned hotel in a beautiful setting with traditional rooms, lovely views and welcoming people! Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were welcomed by Leo (the owner) and it immediately felt we came back to visit old friends! Leo helped us and gave us recommendations of what not to be missed that same evening and the day after, restaurant options and must-do's! The room was big enough for four people (we were with three) and it had all the needed amenities! Perfectly clean and comfortable. We highly appreciated the coffee/juice/brioche mini breakfast offered the morning after, the help with carrying the luggage and the attention to details. We were quite sad we only booked for 1 night but it's definitely a place I would be returning in the future! Still lots to see in the area and such a beautiful welcoming place does make the whole experience much much better!

We loved everything about this place: it is soo beautiful, super clean, great location, perfect to detail. Great parking situation too. The owner (and the whole team) is super friendly, helpful and gave us advice on everything that might be interesting for us. Super cute kittens and even (though officially not included) a little breakfast with delicious coffee, fresh juice and cake. Oh and the great jungle garden! We planned to stay 3 nights, but returned for 3 more. We already miss it again. By far the best place we stayed at in Mexico. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

In the hustle and bustle of Merida, this is an oasis of tranquility, with eclectic design choices throughout and two palm-filled terraces for relaxation. The high quality of the furnishings and decor in the rooms lends a luxury Boho vibe. Comfortable beds too. The hotel managers are true hosts, offering a warm welcome, great local advice and a lovely snack and drink in the morning.

Great staff, Leo and Augustin were such kind and helpful people. They gave me good advice for my day trip and places to eat. I also liked the style of the beautiful room and it was very clean. The excellent coffee, juice and pastry was absolutely fine for me as a little breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't stay longer.

This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The small hotel is a green oasis and has so much character and love in it. Most importantly it is run by the owner, he is very passionate in his job and a dedicated host. He gives great recommendations on restaurants, what to do and see. He is always available for questions. Exceptional are also the little services with coffee and juice in the morning and a cold water bottle at night. The room was really nice too, a very comfy bed and an AC that worked well. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere in the city. We can’t wait to be back, and if we ever owned our own hotel this would be our role model.

Really cute hotel! Location was perfect, very close to the centre, but a more quiet area. The room was a good size! The staff was all so sweet, Leo gave us a lot of good recommendations! It was really nice he took his time to show on a map where the free tours are, spots to see and restaurants to try

Everything was perfect ! It felt like home and Pauldo and everybody was so helpful to make the stay perfect ♥️ His food recommandations were amazing , and his knowledge of the surroundings, Mayan temple and cenotes included , was breathtaking ! The room was so comfortable, clean and easy to work in ! Todo estaba perfecto

The property is in a great location and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. It had a nice view over the patio filled with lush plants. Overall, a great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Mérida.
