The colonial style of the building is stunning, the rooms are spacious and quiet, the gardens and pools lovely. The personnel is always available and pleasant. The location is also perfect

What a stunning building! The hacienda is just gorgeous. Staff were fabulous, great location just a short walk to the main area of town. Rooms are huge, I loved the big bed (it's firm but we like that). Lovely pool that was great for cooling off in the sticky Merida heat (although the water was chilly!). Breakfast wasn't included, but was delicious the one day we did eat there. Parking spot is just a short walk around the corner.

Absolutely lovely stay. Entering the hotel felt like entering another world that was quiet from the streets, with a beautiful hacienda vibe. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. We were caught in hurricane Milton but the hotel staff made arrangements to assure all guests and the bar making sure we had drinks in hand so we still had an amazing time. Rooms are also lovely and rustic. Location is also good, near santa Lucia park. Highly recommend!

Nice hacienda-style hotel close to the center of Merida. We liked that the hotel offered free parking (just two minutes walk away in a separate covered lot). Staff was very friendly and attentive and gave recommendations. The lobby and main area of the hotels are very nice and charming. I would stay here again, but in a different room category (see below).

Loved staying at the Hacienda! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded to an Executive room. The room was very clean, tidy, and included courtesy water. We really enjoyed using the pool and the attentive bar service. The Hacienda is centrally located, with the plaza only being a few blocks away. Parking was close to the property, locked and covered, very welcome on hot days.

The place is beautiful, the swimming pools are amazing. The location is perfect also, near the center.

An oasis of calm after the busy streets of Mérida and wonderful to have a pool to cool off in. We had a room with a terrace and the pool was directly outside so it was almost like a private pool. It was very quiet when we stayed and I would definitely recommend it.
