The hotel is close to the center and offers a parking. It suffices for one night for its price, but is not that great overall. The hotel rooms are clean, but need significant refreshing. Breakfast is served, but the quality is just bearable. One night is fine if one has no better choice, but this hotel should not be used as a place of choice.

The room was clean and pretty big. The hotel was quite swanky and I enjoyed the stay there. The breakfast in the morning was a little sparse but then they are feeding a lot of people I guess. The free parking was a bonus.

Laundry is on site. Costs about $5/ load to wash and dry. Very handy. The swimming pool is large and very clean, with loungers and other seating in the courtyard around the pool. Our room was very quiet. The building itself has a lot of potential, with lovely high ceilings and tile flooring.

the pool was nice and used every day. the breakfast was local and we liked it, if you wanted more they did NOT make any problem of it and gave you an extra plate. personal friendly and comfortably located in the city center of Merida with free inside parking

The room was clean and comfy, a bit outdated, but great for its price. The hotel surroundings on the street is a bit noizy, but at room not much to hear. Dirty pool did not looked atractive for swimm and breakfast became worse than was before. Bed sheets looked grey and rough. Coming here since 2019, so far worst exspirience so far, hope for improvement. Recommend to stay while you on particular budget.
