Location is right in the historic centre and fits in with it's rustic design. The pool is perfect to cool off. Bed is good size and comfortable.

Friendly staff, gave us a nice restaurant recommendation with Chaya Maya; good room size which fitted our two suitcases easily; comfortable bed although I was not the biggest fan of the pillows (a bit too high for my taste).

Location and helpful staff. Carried my suitcase up the stairs and helped with calling a taxi when I left. Also stores my suitcase for me the day I checked out - I picked it up later in the day.

Excellent location when visiting Merida. Very close to the main square and many restaurants nearby. A good breakfast.
