The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and the central location was perfect. The fact that the property has parking is a bonus. There was nothing to dislike. We would definitely return to this accommodation again if visiting Merida.

Everything was unexpectedly fabulous in this apartment-Hotel; the neatness is remarkable, the silence offered by its double stained glass window in the heart of the city; a spotless kitchen (for those who want to cook small plates, I didn't because there are plenty of good restaurants around, and a Spar next door) a decent sized fridge, and the ubiquitous cleanliness. Without forgetting a large and safe garage, adjacent to the property but the most perfect thing is the reception staff; They are professional and welcoming. To all of them thank you very much.

New apartment complex, modern and well equipped, all units on the ground floor, located directly in the city centre with garage in the basement. Access from garage to outside entrance around the house. Windows open to the street. Highly recommended. Very nice staff. Would have loved to stay longer.

It was an advantage to have a small kitchen and be able to eat at "home" for a change. The room was very light and spacious with a pleasant view over some excavations of Roman baths.

The location was very convenient to the main attractions in Merida. The underground parking was very convenient and felt secure. The member of staff who I met was charming and helpful. The air conditioning was very welcome in August

The location was excellent, the parking very spacious and handy and the staff at the reception desk very nice and helpful. Plus, the reception desk at the entrance of the parking lot is so convenient!

This was an excellent find. The staff were so helpful, even sending an update on traffic issues by what's app before we arrived. The rooms are very clean and so comfortable. The location is so central you do not need to move the car and can walk everywhere. The underground parking is great and well worth the small extra cost, we even managed to get our low slung car on and around without scraping the bottom or front bumper.

The apartment was very good. Modern clean and fresh. Great bathroom and shower. I used the parking which was easy to find, good price and very convenient. We were welcomed and shown to the room personally. The location is good for getting to the main tourist attractions, and plenty of places to eat etc. We did not use the car during out stay and were able to walk comfortably to the main sites.
