Exceptional and friendly staff, truly went 'extra mile'. Jack (days) gave us really helpful local knowledge. Due to jet lag, I was up through night 🌙 Jimmy was really kind and helpful when I needed something printed. Lilly was amazing at breakfast which was a true joy as was the hot drinks machine . Would definitely return, fairly near (drive) to San Fransico Central and on main road, but felt nice and calm

Very comfortable and well appointed rooms, attention to detail and nice finishing. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and a tasty breakfast. This will be my place to stay while in Palo Alto.

We felt home away from home, tea and coffee were available all the time, laundry was free and breakfast was wonderful. The whole property very clean and staff very friendly

included breakfast was great- Good variety, but very straight forward buffet style. Rooms were updated, clean, and modern. Assortment of bath/body products and other grooming ammenities were top-notch. Garment steamer in the room was a great bonus. Slippers and bathrobe were a nice touch, and the private patio area was a great spot for morning coffee.

A fabulous hotel near Menlo Park. An unassuming entrance off El Camino leads into an oasis of comfort and top-notch service. The rooms have been beautifully updated - ours had a lovely private, outdoor patio. The pool, gym and grounds are immaculate. Breakfast (included) is outstanding. And the small touches, like a readily-available coffee machine, ice water and chocolate bowl in the lobby, and free laundry take it over the top. Do yourself a favour - look no further if you’re looking to stay in an extraordinary boutique hotel in this area.

It is a wonderful hotel, very well designed (really thought-through how to furnish the room) and the room is spacious. The owners / personnel are very kind and their hospitality is great. We had an excellent time.
