The location is perfect to visit Mendrisio and even quite close to Lugano. The train station is just a few steps away. The room was clean and meet my expectations. The breakfast is also quite decent and fresh.

This hotel is exceeding my expectations, especially after the previous B&B)) Great location, right at the railway station, but quiet enough. Looks new and modern inside. Very clean, nice new furniture, everything works, all in order. Big shower, all super clean. Big comfy bed, pillows. Nice paintings, adding some brightness and mood. Great views, big windows, with shutters. Air conditioning works great and you can change it all or turn it off. Breakfast is nice, fresh and tasty. The choice not big, but definitely enough. Service is nice and fast. Don't forget to get your free Ticino ticket if you need it. There's a nice restaurant in the hotel, but they served only pizza Sunday evening, which was still nice. Pleasant walk to the old city center and view points. Would stay here again, highly recommended))
