The view of the lake from the room. We asked for 2 connected rooms and actually we had a kind of suite with 2 rooms and a bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at this b&b! The property is located in a very calm and peaceful area. Nights were quiet for us, with no disturbances from the neighbours. It’s easily accessible by car and we were able to park in front of the rooms, which was a big plus for us. The highlight is definitely the beautiful view on lake Como, offering a picturesque and relaxing setting. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a bit later than scheduled in the evening with no issues, which we really appreciated.

The location was known to me and was convenient having to move from another location in the village due to hospitalization of spouse. Staff were helpful and sympathetic to my situation, accommodating early deposit of luggage. They helped with taxi services, which can be difficult in this area.

An amazing location, very peaceful while only a 20 mins walk from town, with a brilliant view from the bedroom (and bathroom) a balcony and easy access to the lake for swimming,

Great view!! The beach just down the hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed staying there since there were hot days. 10 to 15 minutes walking to the center of Menaggio. Breakfast not included but we could buy some stuff to have breakfast on the hotel.
