The view from balcony is iconic. The location is generally good, it's 15-20 minutes walk to main attractions of the Menaggio town, but it was always pleasant walk. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. The area is very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the birds and waves from your room when the window is opened. The small breakfast is provided by additional fee, you can have croissants/sandwich and coffee. There's a dining area or you can take it to your room, so we has a lovely breakfasts on our balcony. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was small, clean but a bit old-fashioned. It was warm although the weather was pretty cold, heating was turned on in the evenings. We really liked the place and spent great time there

Excellent location, near the center of Menaggio (a 20' walk), wonderful view of Lake Como, comfortable room and kind and friendly staff.

The view is perfect. Very kind and helpful personel, the hotel is really clean. The receptionist speak English well. Very cheap and tasty breakfast.

Beautiful quiet location right on the lake shore, great room with gorgeous view from the balcony, lovely staff. I felt very safe and looked after as a solo female traveller. Very accommodating staff who speak English, French AND Italian.

Great accomadation next to lake Como, within a 20 min walk to Mennagio. the accommodation has a small garden from where you can take a refreshing dip in the lake. Small tip: Rent a moutainbike near the supermarket to make the trip to Mennagio in no time at all. By bike you will also be able to visit other villages on the west side of the lake.
