Good location, clean property and nice facilities available. There was a basket with a cake, eggs and bread to welcome us and the games room was a really great feature of the property along with the hot tub. The village and closest put is walking distance away.

Very well equipped house on the outskirts of a pretty village. Conveniently situated for Rutland Water, Oakham and Melton Mowbray. We didn’t use the games room but this would be a great bonus for anyone with children. The village pub is within walking distance and the people there were very friendly. They recommended we visit Gates Garden Centre which is nearby and we can confirm it is a good place to visit especially the Farm Shop.

Had everything in it that you could need for a self catering holiday and more. Beautifully presented and even a home made victoria sponge on arrival !
