Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days.When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required.Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment.Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet.Please note that pets are only allowed in Standard Studio and Superior Family apartments, both located in block 2 of our property.The roof-top pool has an age restriction, following the local health and safety regulations: it is for people 17 .The guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A pre-authorisation of a minimum of EUR 50 and up to EUR 100 will be blocked until the guest departs from our property. No cash deposits are accepted.Minimum pre-authorisation depends on the room type booked.Upon check-out, we will refund the pre-authorised charge to the guest's card, but it may take longer depending on the guest's bank.Please note that excavation works at the back of the complex started on October 19th, 2024, by third-party contractors. During this period, guests may experience some noise.Please note that renovation work of the main lobby will be carried out from November 25th, 2025 to April 15th, 2026 from 08:00 to 18:00 daily.Please note that small-scale works in a secluded area of our complex will be carried out from November 1st, 2025, to April 15th.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Only one small issue with the bedding not being fitted sheet so moved a lot and had to remake alot Staff were great. Provided lovely cake for my wife's birthday. Used the gym alot and sunbeds on top floor

We loved the Luna, the staff were very friendly, especially Sinead on reception and Raj in the bar, so welcoming, helpful and with great recommendations. Would definitely come back.

It was amazing , the staff was really helpfull . The only thing we didn’t see coming was that we thought we booked a room with couple bed not single beds and the view from the balcony wasn’t the way the booking said it would be- with some view. Also, had feeling of dirty plates smell when eating the breakfast. However, the room was super clean and it was nice area, would recommend and go back!

I loved our bedroom looking onto the farm land and church. The staff were very helpful and answered my email (questions) were very helpful as I was travelling myself with two young children. The food was absolutely delicious breakfast was delicious and plenty. I didn’t get a chance to have evening meal because we were out most of the day. But I ordered our food from the bar and got room service every night 3€ worth every penny and the food was absolutely amazing great service I highly recommend this service. Only one disappointment was the weather was very nice and the family pool was still covered.I didn’t want to stay inside on a hot day but the kids were loving the pool. Just wished that two doors were opened and I could have stayed outside and still be able to watch the kids.

I have a special needs child who means the world to me. Unfortunately he requires particular attention > I found the staff so very understanding and caring. So helpful, polite and may i add smart. Not just front desk but in every part of the hotel. I have immediately booked a second stay for the end of March. I guess that says enough for how my stay was.
