“Perfect stay in Mellau”

We liked our spacious room and the pool. The location of the hotel is ideal to discover the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful until the end The restaurant is excellent No doubt we will be back and recommend it to friends and family

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

Location excellent both for the town, the cable car and nearby attractions. Breakfast was tasty and the staff and the management did their best to help. The owners Nathalie and Michael were often available and this is quite rare.
