My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and everything was fine , however my uncle & his wife had a room at the front of the property and were disturbed by noise outside and people fighting.

The room was freezing with no heating all night i woke up absolutely freezing, called the reception but no answer. Would recommend asking before you turn down for the night. (Outside room 14)

We were there for a Mums funeral on checking in, the receptionist noticed we had been booked a twin room rather than the standard double booked. Without hesitation she upgrades us to a superior queen room and allowed us to check out late so that we could get ready for the funeral in the afternoon.

We had a wedding to go to and needed somewhere to freshen up as our room wasn't ready. The lovely friendly staff found us another room to use. Our luggage was left in our room when we got back that night. The room was so comfortable and clean, with an extra bonus of ground coffee and a cafetiere.

Lovely and clean and nicely decorated. Great location lots of places to eat and drink nearby and free on site car park which was very handy.
