Location and peace and quiet. Friendly and helpful host. Lovely touch with flowers and bowl of fruit.Lots of space in property with a well equipped kitchen. A great base for places like Bath, Avebury, Melksham and Devizes.

Lovely house, beautiful surroundings safe warm, like home from home . Really quiet. The owners dogs are lovely and friendly 1 being a pup, lots of ducks and you can see dear in the feild every morning from the window. Just beautiful. We arived to a lovely welcome pack ( milk flowers sugar tea coffee washing up liquid hand wash fruit dish washing tables kitchen roll biscuits and most importantly wine😊🥂) Brilliant as we came from far on a sunday so had chance to grab a cupa and shop the next day. We will be back. Recommended 100% the owner couldnt be any more apologetic when his dogs were out , there was no need, after all they live there and only came out when he was feeding the ducks. My children thought that was great fun to see. 🥰

Loved it would definitely recommend the owner was very nice two beautiful dogs loved how central it was to where we wanted to visit not far to pubs and town location was amazing would book again
