Lovely apartment, just didn’t like the frosted bedroom doors especially the one off the Living area. Clean and tidy and friendly staff, lovely pool area.

Beware the attempt on check-in by the Club Wyndham employee to bribe you with food and beverage credit to attend an investor's seminar for their time-share program. The room (two-bedroom apartment) was decent, but quite tired. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The freezer did not freeze. The shower head leaked a lot of water at the connection to the hose, which resulted in loss of water pressure. The beds were comfortable. Do note the bedrooms do not have air-conditioning and will get stuffy on warmer evenings unless you keep the door to the living room open. The dining table was awkwardly positioned and would be very uncomfortable for Person Number 4 to sit at to eat. The kitchen is well-appointed with appliances, crockery and cutlery. Apparently Housekeeping do not service a room where you stay for three nights (not sure what the threshold is), but you can call them to ask for items. There was no literature in the room (that we could find) to explain things like the lack of Housekeeping service, where the bin chutes are etc. We also could not find spare bin liners in any of the drawers. The building is a mix of private permanent residents, with Wyndham managing apartments on behalf of owners. I do wonder if other apartments have better furniture etc than others. Would I return? I would be willing to stay here again, but I would definitely do my research to see if other options were available.

The service was exceptional. Anything required was attended to promptly whether at the front desk or via phone to reception. Above and beyond to help. Location is excellent

Lovely apartment which had everything we needed for a city stay. The roof top pool was an added bonus with views of the CBD. Easy walk to the centre & trams with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful & friendly.

Great apartment, spacious, with a well fitted out kitchen, comfy bed and in an excellent location with multiple tram lines very close by and a short walk to two railway stations and various supermarkets and shops.

Great location in the heart of Melbourne. The apartment was very spacious and provided plenty of space for 3 adults to stay comfortably without being on top of each other. Having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen that was very well fitted out was also handy for us. The building facilities like the pool and library were excellent additions.
