Staff member Bruno met us after hours to give us the keys to the apartment, ten pm at night. Bed was really comfy Central location, theatres within walking distance.

The location is great. Right in the heart of the CBD. Free trams to get around the CBD very handy. So many food outlets. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and in good working order.

We had a minor problem with a window in the apartment when we arrived and the member of staff resolved it quickly by offering another apartment. He was very curious and helpful.

I would stay again the location was perfect. Attention needs to be given to the shower as was full of mould and the bedding was stained

The location was excellent. The bathroom had a nice big mirror which allowed you to get close to for those with vision issues. The room was spacious enough. One of the showers had good pressure. One of the beds had a nice firm mattress. We received some chips and a few chockies on arrival which was a nice gesture.
