Room was lovely and thank you for my very special unexpected birthday gifts. Staff were attentive and friendly. Loved the history of the hotel and the original touches.

We were upgraded to a larger room so very happy with that. Bed was two singles pushed together as a King bed. Bed was very comfortable but we both tried all 4 pillows and found them too soft. Location was very close to the Princess theatre which we were attending so that was great.

The history of the building, the Old-wordliness and the beautiful architecture.The staff were very attentive and there was attention to detail.The location was within easy walking distance of all precincts, attractions and cafes and restaurents.It exceeded my expectations and simply loved staying there!

Love the aesthetic of the hotel especially the rooms. Felt like I was a princess! I’m quite tired of modern hotels that all look alike. Staff gave us free champagne for our honey moon! Love it
